ROB
Executive Director

Rob is married to Katharine, has three children and when he isn't looking for his keys, enjoys sailing, hiking and dreaming. Rob's been our Executive Director since 2016 and loves seeing leaders entering into all God has for them.

JESS
Director of Leaders Support

Jess Regnart is our’ Director of Leaders Support’, which means if you contact us as a Church Leader asking for help with one of our courses, you are likely to meet her on the phone or zoom.

SUE
Director of Training

Having previously been our Director of Prayer for over 20 years, Sue now heads up our training.

LORRAINE
Operations

Lorraine loves getting to the root of things especially when studying Scripture, at FICM in Operations she is working towards facilitating growth and efficiency for the Ministry. She'd love to see the Ministry and everyone within it reach their full potential.

GARETH
IT Consultant

Gareth is married to Sue and has a foster-daughter. He loves AFC Wimbledon, Formula 1 and the Church. He's our Southeast Regional Director and fortunately for us also rather good at IT.

BEX
Communications Manager

Bex deals with our communications. She has a dog called Molly and likes to ride a motorbike in her spare time. She also enjoys photography and cooking.

JACKIE
TRANSFORM Cohort Leader

Jackie leads the UK Cohort of TRANSFORM - Freedom In Christ's Global 9-month Leadership Programme.

NIGEL
Finance Director

Nigel’s passions are poetry, preaching, praise and accounting (yes, he knows that doesn’t start with a ‘p’)

MICHELLE
Finance Controller

Michelle makes sure we account for everything, invoices are paid and that Rob's receipts don't just stay in his wallet.
