In this first of our brand new Freedom Talks, we will consider living well with Dr Mary Wren, and a "first aid kit" for healthy leadership.

Freedom Talks with Mary Wren

Join with other leaders for a special online Freedom Talk - our first! This month we're with co-author of our Keys To Health, Wholeness & Fruitfulness course, Dr. Mary Wren.  She will be exploring living well, a first aid kit for healthy leaders.

We all want to live well, be healthy and successful, and help others do the same. But what does live well mean? And what is health and success? In this first of our brand new Freedom Talks, we will consider three areas of life that we often neglect: loving ourselves, the reasons for our choices, and what we do with doubts and questions. There will be some teaching, stories, and times to reflect with some practical tools to take away. If you think this would be a good session to recommend to someone else, maybe it would be helpful for you too!

Mary is a lover and follower of Jesus who tends to be a disruptive reformer. She lives in Sheffield with David and 2 Australian labradoodles and has 3 grown up children. She has worked as a GP for 30 years and is passionate about wholeness and freedom for people. Along with David she has been part of the Freedom In Christ UK Team for many years. Much of what she has learnt has been through personal, family, patient and life experience. She is now also studying theology and training to be a therapeutic coach for trauma. Other passions are walking in the Peak District and anything Disney!
