May sees us meeting with Rod Woods, author of Freed to Lead.  He will be exploring how healthy leaders build up healthy churches, making healthy disciples and reaching their communities in healthy ways using material from his new book Freed to Flourish Together.

Rods' talk will be taken from material in his new book coming out soon – Freed to Flourish Together.  It is a resource designed to help leaders disciple their churches as a people-system and builds on some themes from Freed to Lead. He's considering discussing parts from the book including how understanding your corporate identity in Christ is as important as understanding your personal identity in Christ, maintaining unity without losing integrity, and defeating shame with honour.  We'll have some time for Q&A at the end.

Revd Dr Rodney Woods is the author of Freed to Lead – a book (and an accompanying video course developed by Rod Woods & Steve Goss) used by thousands of leaders in more than 50 nations.  Since 2001, he has served as the Senior Minister of City Temple in London.
