We know that knowing where to begin isn’t always easy. That’s why we’ve been working on a new training pathway for churches, designed to make the journey from curiosity to confidence clearer, simpler and more accessible.
Our updated training pathway gives you four simple steps to help equip your church to lead others into freedom.
1. The First Step – for the curious leader
This is the “tell me more” stage. A 40-minute introduction for leaders who have heard of Freedom In Christ but want to understand the approach, the different courses and how it could work in their church
2. Ready to Launch – for the committed church
Once a church knows it wants to get started, the Getting Started workshop takes them from interest to action, looking practically at running the Freedom In Christ Course and building a team around it.
3. Build Your Team – for the growing church
This is where Encourager and Prayer Partner training comes in, helping people develop the confidence and skills to lead Personal Freedom Appointments with grace and wisdom.
4. Master the Challenges – for the experienced team
For teams who already have experience, Part Two takes training deeper, looking at more challenging circumstances and helping people who may feel stuck in their journey towards lasting transformation.
